How does AutoCAD work?
AutoCAD uses a drawing canvas which is a two-dimensional space for the user to create drawings. Every drawing is represented by a wire frame model of the drawing. The user controls the position of the drawing object on the screen by moving an imaginary cursor around the 2-D space.
Each drawing has an associated object-based schema, which is a set of coordinate geometry data. Any geometric features and attributes of the drawing that are in the schema are automatically updated as the user moves the cursor. The schema consists of segments and arcs (which are lines between two points). The centerlines of arcs are segments and the ends of segments are points. The coordinates of the arcs and segments are based on a Cartesian plane which is also represented by the wireframe of the drawing.
The user can create a closed loop (closed polygon or polyline) and use the settings in the current object-based schema to form the closed loop (like a ring in a normal CAD package). After this closed loop is created, the system uses the closed loop as an axis for rotating the drawing objects. The user can drag the drawing object to any position on the closed loop.
How is AutoCAD different from a normal CAD package?
The user can hold down a shift key and click on a closed loop to create a 2-D axis. Then the user can select a drawing object and move it around the axis. The resulting movement is constrained to the axis. The user can also hold down a control key and click on the closed loop to create a 2-D axis. Then the user can create an object from the drawing canvas. After this object is created, it is used as a 2-D axis for manipulating the drawing objects.

In this case it seems that it is gained by means of a small multiple of approx. 4 to 5 times of the nose’s velocity.
In order to implement this I wrote the following demo, where the nose’s velocity is changed by 5.0 to simulate the ground effect :

And I can’t understand why this happened?
There are two different kinds of ground effect. The first one appears when the aircraft is in a near vertical situation, with no real horizontal movement at all, basically when the aircraft is stalled or when it is ascending. In this case the ratio of air velocity to fuselage velocity is 1.
The second one can be seen when the aircraft is flying with a fairly high speed in forward flight, and the aircraft is well above its stall speed. In this case the ratio of air velocity to fuselage velocity is much smaller than 1. If this is the case, then yes, you can multiply the velocity in order to have the right amount of vertical force, you can’t multiply the lateral force though, because it is dependent on the lateral velocity (see below).
In the case of your demo, the aircraft is in this second category, but since the aircraft is stalled and the air flow is perpendicular to the aircraft’s direction of movement (if I’m not wrong), you can’t multiply the velocity in order to have the right amount of vertical force.
